Farewell Year 13’s

In week 3, this term, we said farewell to our Year 13’s with a week full of events.

It was a busy week of fun with our Year 13’s before they headed off for exams.

We had dress up day, the Year 13’s vs the Staff Netball game, the Leavers Assembly, Prank day, and their last day with the traditional dress in your Primary school clothes, finishing up with the Senior student Prizegiving. We celebrated these incredible young adults as they had finished many years at WHS and their Primary schools forming lifelong memories and connections to the community that we hope will hold them well in their future journeys. We’re proud of each of you and it has been a pleasure to watch you grow into the brilliant rangatahi you have become.

We will see you all back for the last farewell – Graduation/Leavers Dinner. Congratulations Class of 2024. You made it!
