Hall and Administration Rebuild

On Waitangi Day, 2016, a fire wiped out the old administration area and school hall.

Since then, there has been a lot of work going on behind the scenes with the design and layout for the new administration and hall area. So far, the main focus has been planning the layout of the spaces needed to be replaced to better improve the safety and flow into and around the school.

Building Development Committee Chair Kim Judd says,

“Although this process has taken longer than expected, some great use of space has been developed to create exciting work and performance spaces for our school and community. The concept drawings are expected in the next week and we look forward to sharing the concepts when the plans take form.”
