Student led, Parent Teacher conferences
The Junior and Middle School have parent teacher conferences coming up.
On Wednesday 19th August 1.30 pm to 7:00 pm and Thursday 20th August 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm we will be having parent / teacher conferences for the Middle School (Years 9 and 10). Middle school students are able to go home at 1.20 pm (start of lunch). Where students are unable to go home, provision will be made for them at school and buses will run at the normal time after school. Senior students and Junior students are expected to continue in their classes as usual on these days.
On Wednesday 2nd September 1.30 pm to 7:00 pm and Thursday 3rd September 1.30 pm to 5.30pm will be the Junior school (Years 7 and 8) Parent / Teacher conferences. Junior school students are able to go home at 12.20 pm (End of period 3). Where students are unable to go home, provision will be made for them at school and buses will run at the normal time after school. Senior students and Middle School students are expected to continue in their classes as usual on these days.
These interviews are an important opportunity to discuss any concerns parents or students may have regarding their subjects with their subject teachers (middle school) and Homeroom teachers (Junior School).
It is expected that students attend interviews with their parents.
Seniors will be receiving full written reports. As always if you are concerned about any aspect of your child's report and wish to follow up, then please ring the office to make an appointment with the appropriate teacher.
How to book an interview time.
Each conference will run for 7 minutes and then you will need to move to your next conference if required. Please ensure you arrive on time to each interview to ensure others are not kept waiting. If you are late you may need to wait to be slotted in at a later time if there is a gap.
The booking website will close the Tuesday morning before the interviews for both Junior and Middle school conferences.
