Food Technology and Hospitality

Food and Front of Houses classes enjoy culinary delights and spices.

Senior Food students attended the Bidfood Greymouth Food Show to gain insights and knowledge regarding the latest cooking techniques and the newest foods available on the market. 

Students from the Front of House Class and the Level 1 Food Technology Class visited a Moroccan Restaurant, to learn about different cuisines, spices, herbs and ingredients.
