DWC Youth workshop

Rangatahi from all over the West Coast contributed to the Development West Coast 30 year economic plan

Recently Kaiah Priest (Head Girl), Jasmine Barry (Student Leader) and Lucy Tonihi (Student Leader) along with 3 past Westland High School students, attended a workshop facilitated by the Development West Coast to gather a youth perspective on the future of the West Coast.

The were joined on the day by other youth leaders from all over the Coast. They were discussing their vision of improved outcomes for youth on the Coast. 

The culmination of their views formed a video that was presented to all councils.
